JULIA PEOPLES - ASSISTANT COACH​

Julia is entering her first season as assistant coach for the Waverunners, after being a Swimmer-Coach for the past 4 seasons and being a swimmer for 14 seasons. During her time as Swimmer-Coach, Julia focused on developing our younger swimmers, sharing Waterford traditions, and building relationships.

​

Outside of Waterford, Julia swam 6 years for Wildcat Aquatics and 2 years for Lexington Dolphins. She also spent 7 years swimming for Lexington Christian Academy, focusing on freestyle and backstroke events.

​

Julia is currently attending Western Kentucky University, where she is studying Hospitality Management with a Minor in Spanish. She is an active member of Kappa Delta and loves to spend her free time baking, hiking, and relaxing with friends & family.
